RedBuilt, LLC is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to partner with regional Technical Representatives, Bid Desk Associates, and Project Managers to support project execution and develop long-term customer relationships in the engineered wood products industry.

This role emphasizes integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion for construction, with opportunities to advance toward a Technical Sales Representative position. Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear communication of building concepts and technical ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Sales Reps, Bid Desk and Project Management groups.
• Generate project material take-offs and estimates.
• Assist engineers and architectural firms with product specification.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.
• Review invitations to bid to qualify projects.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Prepare sold projects for hand-off to design team.
• Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs.
