Job summary

You will support both Inside and Outside Sales, manage CRM data, prepare quotes, and coordinate with the sample team while delivering strong customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or similar administrative role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receives direction from Sales Reps/Showroom Team Leader.
• Supports Inside and Outside Sales Reps.
• Identify, differentiate and explain stone products.
• Assist during viewings scheduled by a Sales Rep and prepare recap.
• Coordinate with Sample Team and manage CRM data entry.
• Maintain opportunities in CRM (SalesForce).
• Prepare quotes and sales orders under supervision.
• Greet and assist clients, respond to inquiries, and provide customer service.
