Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE is seeking a role focused on technical and sales assistance to customers and associates, driving growth while maintaining professional relations within corporate guidelines. The position offers a day shift and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with full-time benefits starting on DAY ONE.

Responsibilities include generating quotes, entering orders in CRM, coordinating with departments for expediting, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Learn the basics of power transmission equipment and catalog information.
• Handle stress and interact in a fast-paced environment following written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Organize workload for timely completion while maintaining professional communication.
• Ability to work independently and base decisions on factual customer data.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes in CRM and SAP/Configurator using serial/sales order numbers provided by customers.
• Enter orders in CRM per Purchase Order or Referenced Quotation with correct account, price, quantity, shipping method, ship-to address and specifications.
• Utilize CRM to enter 2.5 lines per hour as quotes or sales orders.
• Achieve +60% availability to address calls and answer +90% of calls presented.
• Coordinate with other departments to release orders, expedite, and address customer requirements.
• Comply with all ISO Quality, Safety rules, and company policies.
