SEW-EURODRIVE is seeking a role focused on technical and sales support to maintain sales activity and build relationships with customers and associates in a fast-paced environment in Texas. The position offers a $20.00 hourly rate and a daytime schedule.

The successful candidate will generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery while adhering to ISO quality and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes in CRM and SAP/Configurator using provided numbers.
• Enter orders in CRM per Purchase Order or Quotations and verify accuracy.
• Use CRM to enter ~2.5 lines per hour as quotes or orders.
• Achieve high availability to address and answer calls.
• Coordinate with other departments to release orders and fulfill requirements.
• Follow ISO quality, safety rules, and company policies.

About the Role

This position involves providing technical and sales assistance to SEW-EURODRIVE customers, potential customers and associates in order to maintain established sales activity and generate new sales within corporate guidelines. Customers and associates will be addressed with a view toward growth and long-term relationships while maintaining a consistent and businesslike business attitude.

Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Day (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Top Six Actual Tasks Relevant to this Position:

• Generate quotes in CRM and SAP/Configurator using serial/sales order numbers provided by customers.
• Enter orders in CRM as per customer Purchase Order or Referenced Quotation as well as verify order is entered with correct account, price, quantity, shipping method, ship -to address, and correct specifications.
• Utilize CRM to enter 2.5 lines per hour as quotes or sales orders.
• Achieve +60% availability to address calls and answer +90% of calls presented.
• Work with other departments as required to coordinate release of orders, expediting, parts purchasing and availability, and any customer specialty requirements.
• Comply with all current ISO Quality and Work Instructions, all Company Safety rules, and all other Company rules, policies, and procedures to include assessing each situation.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
