SEW-EURODRIVE is seeking a role focused on technical and sales support to maintain sales activity and build relationships with customers and associates in a fast-paced environment in Texas. The position offers a $20.00 hourly rate and a daytime schedule.

The successful candidate will generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery while adhering to ISO quality and company policies.

Qualifications

• Learn and understand basics of power transmission equipment, nomenclature, and catalog information.
• Interact with customers and associates in a professional manner in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Organize workload for timely completion and coordinate with colleagues.
• Make decisions based on factual information to address customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes in CRM and SAP/Configurator using provided numbers.
• Enter orders in CRM per Purchase Order or Quotations and verify accuracy.
• Use CRM to enter ~2.5 lines per hour as quotes or orders.
• Achieve high availability to address and answer calls.
• Coordinate with other departments to release orders and fulfill requirements.
• Follow ISO quality, safety rules, and company policies.
