Job summary

You will generate quotes in CRM and SAP/Configurator, enter orders from POs or quotes, and collaborate with other departments to release orders and address special requirements. A 10% shift premium applies to 2nd and 3rd shifts; comprehensive benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with factual decision making.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes in CRM and SAP/Configurator using customer data.
• Enter orders in CRM per PO or quoted reference with accurate details.
• Use CRM to enter 2.5 lines per hour as quotes or orders.
• Address calls and coordinate with other departments for order release.
• Comply with ISO, safety rules, and company policies.
