Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our Stamford, CT team, offering a strong base salary, bonus and training. You will be the go-to specialist for niche products, collaborating with engineering and operations to deliver tailored technical solutions.

Based in Stamford with hybrid flexibility after training, this role involves managing CRM-driven sales processes, quotes and orders, and supporting customer relationships while traveling to client visits

Qualifications

Sales experience within a technical, engineering or industrial environment.
External sales experience preferred, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Comfortable using CRM systems and working with technical information, or eager to learn.
Coachable, proactive and technically curious.

Responsibilities

Managing the sales process through CRM systems, from customer enquiry through to quotation and order.
Acting as the key liaison between customers and internal engineering and technical teams.
Supporting new and existing customer relationships, providing product and application support.
Occasional travel for client visits and trade shows.
Office-based Monday-Thursday with an early Friday finish and hybrid flexibility after initial training.
