Job summary
HB Fuller Company is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in an assigned market. You will partner with Account Managers to identify, develop and convert new opportunities using technical expertise and consultative selling.
You will serve as the technical expert for the portfolio, supporting the sales process with demonstrations, application evaluations, troubleshooting and training. Expect collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product Management and R&D to deliver
Qualifications
- Technical sales experience or related industry experience.
- Experience with application development and customer-facing roles in adhesives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to develop and grow strategic opportunities.
- Serve as the technical expert for assigned markets and technologies.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through consultative selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations and customer training.
- Troubleshoot customer applications and provide technical solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, AEMs and strategic customers.
- Support product launches and portfolio improvements based on market insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and R&D.
