The Technical Sales Specialist is m responsible for driving growth within an assigned market. As part of the overlay sales team, this role partners with Account Managers to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through technical expertise and consultative selling. Serving as the technical expert for the assigned portfolio, this position supports the sales process through application development, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer and sales training, and technical presentations. The Technical Sales Soecialist also identifies market trends, supports new product launches, manages technical relationships with key OEMs/AEMs, and drives the successful conversion of competitive business.
High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 7 years of relevant technical sales or industry experience; or Associate's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. Experience in technical sales, application development, or customer-facing roles within adhesives. Demonstrated success influencing specifications, supporting business conversions, and managing OEM/AEM relationships. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 + Incentive Plan. In addition to your salary, H.B.
