Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Los Angeles is seeking a senior Business Development Executive to drive growth of custom adhesive solutions for global accounts in the consumer electronics sector.

You will travel up to 40% domestically and internationally and manage a west coast territory with emphasis on PCB, thermal management and data center markets. Lead strategic account plans, negotiate complex deals, and collaborate with Application Engineering and R&D to deliver value-based solutions that meet customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development or direct sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry.
• Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, lead generation, and growth of custom adhesive solutions for global accounts.
• Prospect 60% of time and develop strategic accounts while maintaining executive relationships.
• Partner with Application Engineering and R&D to deliver long-term customer solutions.
• Lead complex negotiations and align resources to maximize revenue.
