The Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing in Houston seeks a Technical Sales Representative to secure and grow key accounts, drive product specifications, and manage territory performance. You will develop strategic plans and deliver technical collateral to architects, designers, and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in construction sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and are willing to travel extensively; a Bachelor's in Business, Sales, or Construction

Qualifikationen

• Two plus years sales experience in commercial sealants and waterproofing.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, glazing).
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities and manages existing accounts to grow Tremco CPG products.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across territory.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Delivers technical collateral, presentations, and product prospectus to customers.
