Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Technical Sales Rep for the San Jose, CA region. You will secure, develop, and manage architects, designers, GC's, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts to meet revenue, margin, and product mix objectives.

You will own performance metrics, deliver strategic business plans, and drive product knowledge with customers, while leveraging CRM tools and internal support to close deals.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related sales experience in construction or related fields.
• Construction knowledge: waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular.
• Basic knowledge of product chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities and expands use of Tremco CPG products in the territory.
• Manages accounts through business development, analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across the territory.
• Builds trusted partnerships through industry knowledge and relationships.
