Job summary

TORRECID USA is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our Sales and Business Development Program within the Plastic and Coatings division. This role offers hands-on experience across the U.S. market, working directly with leadership to connect technical solutions with customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; other fields considered.
Strong interest in developing a career in technical sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 50% of the time.
Attitude, not aptitude, is valued; no prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

Support commercial activities across the U.S. in plastics and coatings sectors.
Learn how to position and adapt products to customer needs.
Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
Work closely with leadership on strategic accounts.
Develop understanding of market dynamics and applications in plastics and coatings.
Gradually take ownership of customer relationships over time.
