Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science.
- 10+ years in product development, chemical manufacturing, or related markets.
- Strong formulation experience in HI&I cleaning products.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales on customer development and account growth.
- Visit customers and engage with R&D and technical stakeholders.
- Identify innovation opportunities and formulate requirements.
- Deliver technical recommendations to support business growth.
- Develop and optimize HI&I cleaning formulations and support projects through commercialization.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and formulation issues using internal resources.
- Translate supplier capabilities into customer solutions and provide training.
