Job summary

Trane Technologies in North America offers a 12-week Summer internship in Technical Sales designed to develop your technical and business skills while exploring a sales career with our team.

As you work with Sales Account Managers and gain exposure to equipment, building automation, and services, you’ll build a foundation for our Graduate Training Program after graduation. Some roles may be remote or hybrid, with on-site opportunities at facilities across North America.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the internship.
• Sophomore year completed before start date.
• US citizen or legal right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for buildings.
• Attend sales meetings and customer visits with mentors.
• Learn the steps sales engineers take from start to finish during the internship.
• Build ownership in solutions for customers through daily interactions.
