Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering program in Minnesota for engineering graduates. The six-month development track pairs participants with mentors, combines classroom training with hands-on customer exposure, and builds the technical and business skills needed for a high-growth sales career.

You will engage with sales teams, learn HVAC equipment, and support proposals to drive sustainable building outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
