Johnson Controls in the United States is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program, a 6-month development track designed for recent engineering graduates aiming to start a career in technical sales.

From day one, participants receive a dedicated mentor, classroom training, hands-on project opportunities, and exposure to customers, engineers, and contractors to build essential technical and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
