Job summary

TestEquity LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a T&M Specialist to drive and manage the sales process for Test & Measurement products, articulating TE's technology to business and technical users and providing technical consultancy during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities include acting as a factory trained expert, building relationships, delivering technical presentations, and supporting account managers with customer opportunities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Engineering degree preferred
• 2+ years electronics distribution experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with CRM
• Sales Pipeline/funnel management a plus
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel required
• Prefer experience with major suppliers such as Keysight, Tektronix, Keithley, Rohde & Schwarz, Indium, 3M, Desco, Excelta

Responsibilities

• Act as factory trained certified expert for TE sales organization
• Build relationships and professionally represent TestEquity brands
• Convert 100% of leads to opportunities and manage outcomes
• Attend meetings with customers and AMs to determine requirements
• Provide technical solutions within agreed timeframes
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Deliver technical presentations internally and externally
• Deliver training on solutions to AMs and customers
• Collaborate with Product Management for feedback on products
• Foster teamwork and keep colleagues updated
• Understand business drivers and risks for TE and customers
• Sell technical solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Ensure diverse customer appointments with proactive territory coverage
• Identify industry trends and relate to customer opportunities
• Establish relationships with customers and internal/external teams
• Focus on customer needs and satisfaction; drive goals
• Contribute to product quality and other duties as assigned
