Qualifications

• STEM education is required.
• Some commercial or sales experience is needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Highly organized with good time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts across multiple industries.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify and develop new business.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work toward revenue targets.
• Build a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio.
• Recommend solutions based on customer applications and requirements.
• Communicate product value, including calibration services and warranties.
• Stay updated on new product introductions and market trends.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to support improvements.
• Coordinate with operations regarding product availability, lead times and orders.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
