Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in site civil projects or technical sales.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to prepare and review engineering documents.
Knowledge of construction industry.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed annual sales goals for the territory.
Follow Operating System and collaborate with field leadership on initiatives.
Contact customers to develop new accounts and increase market share.
Provide technical support or submittals during projects.
Plan territory coverage, quotes, and orders.
Develop pricing strategies for customers and projects.
Maintain knowledge about competitors and market conditions.
Support project delivery and issue resolution on site.
