MotionAi is seeking an Account Representative to drive sales across the United States. You will identify opportunities, educate customers on MotionAi products, and manage expectations while building strong relationships with diverse client segments.

The role emphasizes new business development, effective presentations, and collaboration with vendor resources to meet complex customer requirements. A high school diploma or GED and sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industry and sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
• Ability to influence customers while maintaining relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Increases revenue and profitability through new business and development of existing accounts.
• Generates new leads by networking, cold calling, researching directories and internet sites.
• Interacts face-to-face with customers to foster relationships and maintain satisfaction.
• Understands customer requirements for customized quotes.
• Delivers effective sales presentations and ensures technical requirements are met.
• Assists with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.
• Coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support sales.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
