Zusammenfassung

Copeland is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support OEM customers with refrigeration, HVAC, and lighting controls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify, apply and deploy Copeland controls and services from a technical sales perspective.

You will work closely with Account Executives across the Americas and coordinate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, and Field Services to deliver technical solutions and successful deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in food retail/foodservice product development, engineering, field service or technical support.
• Knowledge of Copeland control systems for food retail/foodservice (E3, Site Supervisor, distributed controls).
• Hands-on experience with food retail/foodservice Building Management Software.
• Demonstrated success in a technical role in the related industry.
• Ability to travel 40-50%.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted customer partner and technical SME for refrigeration, HVAC and lighting controls and services.
• Serve as OEM application expert.
• Understand market trends and competitive capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional teams to support engagements with OEM customers.
• Create high-level technical requirements for new OEM opportunities (hardware BOM, third-party integrations, control panels, base programming files, distributed controllers, field services).
• Collaborate with Copeland execution teams to deploy controls and services.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout land, implement and expand phases of the sales cycle.
