Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience required.
• Excellent computer, organizational and presentation skills.
• Problem solving with a passion for continuous learning.
• Strong desire to interface with the customer.

• Willing to travel for training opportunities.
• FE Exam completion expected within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation projects.
• Work directly with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
• Daily tasks include inside sales support, application engineering and outside sales.
• Presentations, quotes, submittals, technical product support, and on-site visits as needed.
• Educate and promote CaptiveAire products to users in the market.
• Research and develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
• Top-notch customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer.
• This position trains in Dallas and resides in Waco.
