CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking an energetic Sales Engineer to expand business with existing customers and develop new accounts. You’ll perform applications engineering, sales support, and field service, thriving in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

The role includes extensive training under a mentor to learn CaptiveAire products, market strategies, and design processes while advancing business development and sales skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering.
• 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction or science field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Willing to travel for training and customer visits.
• FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation projects.
• Engage Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Dealers to grow business.
• Conduct inside/outside sales, prepare quotes, submittals and product demos.
• Support customers through site visits, troubleshooting, and procurement coordination.
• Present to engineering audiences and expand territory through targeted outreach.
