The ideal candidate combines manufacturing engineering expertise with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with willingness to travel up to 10% to support customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record in technical sales or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for customers—understanding needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver the full Coromant product and service offering.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions.
• Use technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications.
• Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools for accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up.
