Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for the EDGE Program, a multi-month Technical Sales and Consulting training initiative. The program combines classroom and on-the-job training, preparing Associates to become trusted, outcome-based sellers and placing them in Rockwell's field sales offices across North America after graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
• A valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges; develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share; you will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, you are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.
