Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for its EDGE Program, a multi-month Technical Sales and Consulting training track. You will join a cohort of peers worldwide and train in sales, technical and professional skills, then be placed in a North American field sales office after completion.

A strong emphasis on relationship-building and digital communication drives early success. You will benefit from a structured program, a path to field roles, and opportunities across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• A valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: build relationships with customers, systems integrators and partners to meet sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans to grow market share and customer spend.
• Interact with customers through digital channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, video).
• After training, placement in one of Rockwell's field sales offices across North America.
