Rockwell Automation invites you to join the EDGE Program, a world-class training track blending sales, technical, and professional coaching across North America. You’ll train with peers worldwide, then be placed in a Rockwell field sales office to drive outcomes for customers with digital engagement and in-person collaboration.

The program welcomes graduates with bachelor’s degrees in engineering or technical fields, strong GPAs, and intern or co-op experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid US drivers license.
• 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, our Partner Network, or our customer.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees.
• Graduating in or before December 2026 or Spring 2027, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2027.
• Previous co-op or intern experience in manufacturing, product marketing, or customer-facing role.
• Must be location flexible.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: Build relationships with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share.
• Build relationships at assigned accounts and grow customer spend with Rockwell Automation.
• Work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing).
