Job summary

Rockwell Automation in St. Louis, MO is launching the EDGE Program, a multi-month Technical Sales and Consulting training track. You will join a global cohort and complete sales, technical, and professional training before placement in North America field sales offices.

The program emphasizes building relationships with producers, customers, and integrators; requires a Bachelor’s degree and US work authorization. Hybrid work is supported and internship experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. - we will not sponsor.
• A valid US drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Associate Account Manager: build relationships with producers and customers; develop and implement sales plans to meet annual goals; grow market share and spend; work with customers through email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing; after training, placed in North America field sales offices.
• Collaborate with systems integrators and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry.
• After training, placement in one of our field sales offices across North America.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Technical fields (Engineering/Supply Chain)

Graduating in or before Dec 2026 / Spring 2027
