Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Support: be primary contact for inquiries; assist with quotations, proposals, and documentation; support inside sales activities and CRM/ERP records.
• Order & Process Management: coordinate with production, logistics and finance for accurate order fulfilment and delivery; maintain records.
• Technical & Commercial Development: learn X-ray products; collaborate with engineering/product teams; identify opportunities; participate in customer meetings and sales activities.
