Qualifications

• A curious, hungry nature.
• BSME or BSEE engineering degree is preferred.
• Experience utilizing computer software including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• PTO accrual begins upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Qualify New leads and inquiries and perform follow-up.
• Spend a minimum of one day per week visiting customers and prospects in the designated territory.
• Handle New customer/Prospect Welcome outreach via phone/email.
• Proficiently learn and use HubSpot for campaigns and lead information.
• Reach out to neglected accounts to create touches and generate activity.
• Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, identify opportunities, and develop account intelligence.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and manage existing orders on the online platform.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requirements and resolve conflicts.
