Job summary

Paradigm Chemical & Consulting is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to partner with customers in solving problems and delivering measurable value that enhances operations in the paper industry.

You will leverage deep knowledge of chemical applications across paper grades, raw water, pulp mills, and paper machines, traveling as needed to support customers and grow the territory. A strong technical background and consultative selling approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical), Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Biology preferred. 8+ years direct chemical applications/paper mill experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety according to Paradigm and customer standards.
• Provide technical chemical applications and ensure performance meets expectations.
• Propose innovative value creation ideas aligned with Paradigm objectives.
• Document and communicate value of Paradigm solutions to customers in reports and business reviews.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel for year-over-year growth.
