Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow a field territory across Ohio, Lower Michigan, and Northern Kentucky, combining technical chemical expertise with consultative sales and business development.

You will strengthen relationships with paper mill operators, engineers and managers, troubleshoot chemical applications, identify improvement opportunities, and close new business while traveling 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in technical chemical sales in the paper industry.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and drive growth.
• Strong communication with plant operators, engineers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established territory across OH, MI, and KY.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with paper manufacturers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot chemical applications.
• Collaborate with service technicians to meet customer requirements.
• Travel 25–50% to cover territory.
