Job summary

Aaru in New York seeks a Technical Recruiting Coordinator to own interview logistics, candidate communications, and hiring speed while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity. You take initiative, make decisions with incomplete information, and won't wait to be told what to do
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the thread
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proactive, clear, and warm follow-through
• Proficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touch
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities, keeping things moving at speed
• Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easier
• Operate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yet
• Identify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes as the team grows
• Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency
• Continuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experience
