Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or onsite hiring events.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including staff, hiring managers, and operational leads.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• High attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking systems.
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, greeting and checking in high volumes of applicants daily.
• Manage candidate flow using an interview scheduling tracker, ensuring accurate tracking of arrivals and interview status.
• Distribute and collect candidate paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and onsite team leads to ensure timely candidate handoffs for driving assessments.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and internal teams to keep the interview process running smoothly.
• Track and compile assessment results, ensuring all data is properly recorded.
• Upload candidate documentation and assessment videos into internal tracking systems.
• Monitor and manage the daily interview schedule, proactively identifying gaps or bottlenecks.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and candidate-friendly environment at all times.
