Job summary

Aerotek, a leading staffing firm within Allegis Group, is hiring a Recruiter. You will identify and screen candidates, partner with Account Managers, and build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads. A base salary starts with commissions and clear progression.

Compensation includes base salary with weekly commissions, salary increases after year one, and ongoing incentives. Benefits cover health, retirement, PTO, parental leave, and employee resource groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to target accounts and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts for referrals and leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Volunteer and engage with philanthropic organizations to give back to the community.
