Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates via resume databases, job postings, social media and events
• Screen and interview candidates via intro calls, phone and in-person/virtual interviews
• Coordinate, schedule and prep candidates for interviews
• Build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and leads
• Perform administrative and customer service tasks related to recruiting
• Partner with Account Manager to understand customer openings and needs
• Impact candidates and customers by placing the right people in the right jobs
