Job summary

Aerotek, part of Allegis Group, is seeking a Recruiter in the United States to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts. You will build relationships with industry contacts and perform customer service activities.

Initial compensation includes a base salary of $45,000 with commission after training and a raise to $55,000 after one year, plus medical/dental/vision and 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; customer or sales experience valued.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.
• Ability to identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Perform various customer service related activities
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations
