Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter in Charleston, SC to identify, screen, and interview candidates while partnering with Account Managers to target top accounts and markets. You will build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, and contribute to customer service activities and community partnerships.

The role emphasizes a people-first culture with a strong emphasis on internal growth and a performance-based environment, including a base salary with weekly commission potential

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
