Job summary

Aerotek, part of Allegis Group, is hiring a Recruiter in the United States. You will identify, screen and interview candidates, partnering with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments.

You will build industry relationships to generate referrals, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to community volunteering efforts. Initial compensation includes a base salary of $45,000 with weekly commissions and a raise to $55,000 after one year, with potential to grow through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.
