Aerotek, a leading staffing firm within Allegis Group, is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and markets. You will actively network to generate referrals and sales leads while delivering customer service across client teams.

Employees can expect a base salary during training with uncapped weekly commissions, annual increases after tenure, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in a sales/customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.
