Job summary
Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with and scale our R&D organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. You will source, engage, and hire talented technical professionals to accelerate our product roadmap in a fast-growing environment.
The role requires owning the hiring process, communicating with engineering managers, and delivering a candidate-focused approach.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Solid technical understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and engineering teams.
- Proven ability to source beyond inbound applications.
- Strong communication with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience using modern ATS (Lever) and sourcing tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles from intake to offer.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with engineering managers to define role requirements and timelines.
- Screen and vet candidates for technical fit and culture.
- Maintain a smooth candidate journey and keep the ATS up to date.
- Support offers and closing conversations with candidates and managers.
