Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with and scale our R&D organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. You will source, engage, and hire talented technical professionals to accelerate our product roadmap.

We want someone who understands technical nuance, owns the hiring process, communicates with engineering managers, and brings a proactive, candidate‑driven approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Solid technical understanding of programming concepts and modern engineering teams.
• Proven sourcing skills beyond inbound applicants.
• Strong stakeholder communication with hiring managers.
• Organized and goal-driven with ability to juggle multiple requisitions.
• Experience with modern ATS (Lever) and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Product—from intake meetings to offer.
• Proactive sourcing to build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Screen and vet candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Maintain a smooth candidate journey with timely feedback and ATS updates.
• Assist with offers, equity discussions, and closing conversations.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product—from kick-off intake meetings to offer acceptance.
• Proactive Sourcing: Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative sourcing strategies to engage talent for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering managers and leaders to define role requirements, align on candidate specs, and establish realistic hiring timelines.
• Candidate Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial technical screenings to evaluate candidates’ backgrounds, technical domain fit, and alignment with Filevine’s team culture and values.
• Candidate Experience & Process: Drive a smooth, responsive candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, ensuring fast feedback loops, and keeping our ATS (Lever) up to date.
• Offer Management: Work alongside hiring managers and HR to structure competitive offers, walk candidates through equity and compensation, and navigate closing conversations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment (agency or in-house).
• Solid Technical Understanding: Comfortable discussing technical concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering team structures.
• Proven Sourcing Skills: Experience going beyond inbound applicants to proactively source, engage, and convert prospective candidates.
• Strong Stakeholder Communication: Ability to build trust with hiring managers, provide pipeline updates, and offer practical guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Organized & Goal-Driven: Ability to manage multiple active requisitions concurrently while maintaining high quality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Modern ATS: Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience recruiting for SaaS, AI/ML, or product-led organizations.
• Exposure to both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
