Job summary

Filevine seeks a Technical Recruiter to partner with and scale our R&D organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, source proactively, and collaborate with engineering leaders to define role requirements and timelines.

You will screen candidates for technical fit, manage an efficient candidate journey, and guide offers with hiring managers and HR while leveraging Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter to build strong

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Solid Technical Understanding: Discuss technical concepts, languages, frameworks, and engineering team structures.
• Proven Sourcing Skills: Proactively source, engage, and convert candidates.
• Strong Stakeholder Communication: Build trust with hiring managers and provide pipeline updates.
• Organized & Goal-Driven: Manage multiple requisitions with high quality and attention to detail.
• Experience with Modern ATS: Hands-on with ATS platforms (Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles from kickoff to offer.
• Proactive Sourcing: Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using sourcing tools.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Define role requirements and hiring timelines with managers.
• Candidate Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial technical screenings and assess fit.
• Candidate Experience & Process: Maintain clear communication and timely feedback in the ATS.
• Offer Management: Structure offers and discuss equity/compensation with candidates.
