Filevine is a Legal AI company seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale our R&D organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. You will accelerate our product roadmap by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, proactively source diverse candidates, and partner with engineering managers to define role requirements and timelines. Proactive, candidate-focused and collaborative work style is essential.

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Solid technical understanding of programming concepts.
• Proven sourcing skills beyond inbound applications.
• Strong stakeholder communication with hiring managers.
• Organized, goal-driven and able to manage multiple requisitions.
• Experience with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: own lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product—from kick-off intake meetings to offer acceptance.
• Proactive Sourcing: build qualified pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative sourcing to engage hard-to-fill roles.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: collaborate with engineering leaders to define role requirements and timelines.
• Candidate Screening & Vetting: conduct initial technical screenings and assess fit with Filevine’s culture.
• Candidate Experience & Process: ensure clear communication and fast feedback; keep Lever updated.
• Offer Management: structure offers with HR and discuss equity and compensation.

Role Summary:

Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with and scale our R&D organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating our product roadmap by sourcing, engaging, and hiring talented technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product—from kick-off intake meetings to offer acceptance.

• Proactive Sourcing: Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative sourcing strategies to engage talent for hard-to-fill technical roles.

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering managers and leaders to define role requirements, align on candidate specs, and establish realistic hiring timelines.

• Candidate Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial technical screenings to evaluate candidates’ backgrounds, technical domain fit, and alignment with Filevine’s team culture and values.

• Candidate Experience & Process: Drive a smooth, responsive candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, ensuring fast feedback loops, and keeping our ATS (Lever) up to date.

• Offer Management: Work alongside hiring managers and HR to structure competitive offers, walk candidates through equity and compensation, and navigate closing conversations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment (agency or in-house).

• Solid Technical Understanding: Comfortable discussing technical concepts, programming languages, and modern engineering team structures.

• Proven Sourcing Skills: Experience going beyond inbound applicants to proactively source, engage, and convert prospective candidates.

• Strong Stakeholder Communication: Ability to build trust with hiring managers, provide pipeline updates, and offer practical guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Organized & Goal-Driven: Ability to manage multiple active requisitions concurrently while maintaining high quality, organization, and attention to detail.

• Experience with Modern ATS: Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience recruiting for SaaS, AI/ML, or product-led organizations.

• Exposure to both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
