Job summary

Frazer Jones partners with a venture-backed health-tech company to hire a Technical Recruiter who will scale the Engineering organization. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data and AI functions.

Working closely with Engineering leadership, you’ll source, map talent, engage passive candidates, and guide searches from intake through offer. This role emphasizes shaping hiring strategy and accelerating growth.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in technology, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Success recruiting Software Engineering and other technical talent.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter capabilities.
• Experience partnering with Engineering leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI functions.
• Own searches from intake to offer negotiation and close; build talent pipelines.
• Identify, engage, and close high-caliber passive candidates; map talent ecosystem.
• Influence hiring strategy and collaborate with engineering leadership to scale the organization.
