Savvy Wealth, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our high-growth team. You will own end-to-end recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering with our Lead Technical Recruiter on senior and complex searches.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in technical recruiting at a venture-backed startup or agency, with a proven ability to build durable pipelines, push back when needed, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in tech at a startup or agency.
• Ability to own full-cycle technical searches independently.
• Strong sourcing foundation to build outbound pipelines.
• Comfort navigating compensation conversations and closing senior ICs.
• Excellent written communication—outreach that sounds like you, not automation.
• Highly organized with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline.
• Autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles from intake through close.
• Build strong hiring manager relationships and align on role requirements and timelines.
• Run structured screens, manage interview loops, and support offers and closing conversations.
• Maintain exceptional candidate experience and clean ATS hygiene throughout every search.
• Partner with the broader recruiting team on cross-functional initiatives as the motion scales.
