You will lead end-to-end searches, attract top engineers, and provide data-driven insights to drive hiring decisions. This role requires global experience, a startup mindset, and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in venture capital or a technology startup.
• Core focus in technical recruiting with ability to identify, attract, and evaluate engineering and technical talent.
• You anticipate future trends and align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
• You excel at building trust and inspiring confidence with senior leaders.
• Deep interest in healthcare venture and innovation; global experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Redesign Health leadership to understand talent needs and market insights.
• Develop and execute talent strategies to attract founding team members for portfolio companies.
• Identify and engage potential candidates via sourcing channels to support Ventures and initiatives.
• Own end-to-end searches from initial evaluation to offer, ensuring cultural fit and candidate experience.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent acquisition trends and performance metrics.
