Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS
• Technical aptitude: familiarity with engineering roles, tech stacks, and engaging with engineers
• Proven track record in building pipelines, closing top engineering candidates, and managing multiple requisitions
• Self-motivated and adaptable to pivot quickly while staying focused on hiring goals
• Strong communication skills: articulate role requirements and company vision to candidates
• Analytical mindset: use metrics to drive insights and refine strategies

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement Hiring Strategies: develop creative sourcing and full-cycle recruiting processes and iterate based on data
• Understand Hiring Needs: partner with engineering leaders to define roles and priorities
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: align hiring goals with the broader team and share best practices
• Build & Maintain Recruiting Infrastructure: select and integrate ATS and sourcing tools for a data-driven process
• Champion Data-Driven Hiring: track metrics and identify bottlenecks to improve the candidate experience
• Stay Ahead of Recruiting Trends: monitor tools and best practices to attract top engineering talent
