• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting technical talent, including software engineers and product roles.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
• High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
• High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Bachelor's degree required.
